TERMS AND CONDITIONS “HOTEL CASA LOTERIA SAYULITA”

1. Reservations:
All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a payment or a valid credit card.

Reservations can be canceled or modified according to our cancellation policy.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. An additional charge of $60.00 USD will be applied for late check-out (until 3:00 PM), and after 3:00 PM, the full room rental rate will be charged. Early check-in is allowed subject to availability.

3. Confidentiality:

At Hotel Casa Loteria Sayulita, we understand the importance of protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our guests and visitors. This Confidentiality Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information obtained during your visit to our hotel or through our website. During your stay at our hotel or when making an online reservation, we may collect personal information including, but not limited to name, email address, phone number, payment information, and stay preferences.

The personal information collected is used to provide and manage lodging services, process reservations, respond to inquiries, improve our services, and send you communications related to your stay or special promotions, provided you have given your consent to receive such communications. We will not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent, except when necessary to comply with the law, protect our legal rights, or in emergency situations aUecting the safety of our guests or the hotel. We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes the use of encryption protocols to protect the transmission of confidential information online.

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If you wish to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information you have provided to us, or if you have any questions about this Confidentiality Policy, please contact us through the means indicated at the end of this document. By making a reservation at our hotel or using our services, you accept the processing of your personal information in accordance with this Confidentiality Policy.

We reserve the right to modify this Confidentiality Policy at any time. Any changes will be eUective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website. You will be notified of significant changes through the contact means you have provided to us.

4. Extra Person:

A nightly charge of $25.00 USD + 21% tax (16% VAT + 5% lodging tax) will apply for the third person registered in the room occupancy, subject to availability.

5. Pre-Authorized Access:

Access is prohibited for individuals not registered as guests at our hotel unless they have prior authorization from hotel management or the registered guest. Authorized visitors must register at the

hotel reception and present valid identification before accessing guest-only areas, as well as pay the corresponding "DAY PASS" fee or extra person fee in the already registered room (subject to availability). Access to guest rooms is restricted to those with prior authorization. Violation of this policy may result in denied access or expulsion from the hotel.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made directly with the hotel reservations area at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Prepaid reservations may be subject to diUerent cancellation policies.

7. Rates and Guarantee:

All rates are subject to local taxes and may be subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at check-in. A valid credit card will be requested at check-in, and a security deposit of $240.00 USD ($4,000.00 MXN) will be charged for additional expenses and incidental charges. The security deposit can be left in cash or with a credit card, and it will be refunded 100% during check-out, unless there is an incident or outstanding balance to be paid by the guest, which will be taken from the security deposit.

8. Minors:

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their stay at the hotel. The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising and always ensuring the behavior of the minor during their stay at the hotel. Cribs and extra beds for children may be provided upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Children from 6 to 12 years old are considered under the children’s rate; from 12 years and 1 day, they will be charged as adults.

9. Pets

Pets are prohibited on our premises, including dogs, cats, birds, or other domestic animals, unless they are properly trained service animals assisting individuals with disabilities. Violation of this policy may result in additional charges and possible expulsion from the hotel without a refund.

10. Smoking Policy:

Our hotel is strictly non-smoking. Fines for smoking in designated non-smoking areas are $190.00 USD ($3,000.00 MXN) per incident.

11. Quiet Hours:

At Hotel Casa Loteria Sayulita, we value the rest and comfort of all our guests. Therefore, we have established the following quiet hours policy to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone. Quiet hours apply daily from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. During this period, guests are requested to minimize noise in common areas and rooms to respect the rest of other guests.

During quiet hours, activities that may disturb the tranquility of other guests, such as loud music, noisy conversations, televisions, or electronic devices with high volume, should be avoided. Guests are requested to respect the privacy and rest of others when moving through common areas such as hallways and rest areas.

12. External Providers:

We are committed to ensuring the safety and privacy of our guests, as well as maintaining high standards of quality in our services. Therefore, we have established a prohibition on access to external providers to the hotel's premises without prior authorization from hotel management or an authorized representative. Exceptions to this policy may be granted only with the approval of hotel management and under specific circumstances, such as the provision of services contracted by the hotel or emergencies requiring external assistance.

Guests are not authorized to provide direct access to external providers without prior hotel approval. The hotel staU is trained to manage all guest needs and coordinate any external service that may be required during their stay. Any external service request must be channeled through the hotel staU to ensure a safe and eUicient process. Violation of this policy may result in denial of access to external providers, termination of commercial contracts, and legal action in case of violation of guest safety or privacy. This policy is implemented to ensure the safety, integrity, and privacy of our guests, as well as to maintain trust in the quality of our services and products.

13. Damages and Losses:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Any act of vandalism or intentional damage to hotel facilities will be considered a serious violation of our policies, and appropriate measures will be taken. The security deposit on the credit card at check-in will be used to cover possible damages or losses in case the guest does not settle the debt during check-out.

14. Parking for External Golf Carts:

A parking fee of $19 USD or 300 MXN per night is charged for the use of external golf carts on our premises. This fee applies to golf cart owners who wish to park their vehicles in the designated hotel area during their stay. Golf cart owners must register at the hotel reception and provide the necessary information for the payment of the parking fee.

15. Guest Behavior::

We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward staU and other guests. All guests are expected to always maintain civilized and respectful behavior. Any provocation, confrontation, or disrespect toward other guests or staU members will be treated with utmost seriousness. We reserve the right to deny service or request the departure of any guest who violates our policies or causes inconvenience to others. Guests found violating these rules will be asked to leave their room immediately without the right to a refund. If the guest refuses to leave the premises, the appropriate authorities will be called for support.

16. Pool Use:

The pool will be open for guest use from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Operating hours are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on the season and weather conditions. Running, pushing, diving, or engaging in any dangerous activity in the pool area is prohibited. Smoking, consuming food, or drinking alcoholic beverages inside the pool is prohibited. The use of glass and other objects that may cause injury is strictly prohibited in the pool area.

Food or drinks not from the restaurant bar are not allowed in the pool area. For the comfort of all, the use of sound equipment in this area is not allowed. Any musical content that promotes or incites criminal activities will not be tolerated throughout the establishment.

Swimsuits are mandatory; the use of any other type of clothing is prohibited. All guests use the pool at their own risk. The hotel is not responsible for personal injuries, losses, or property damage during pool use. Swimming in the pool under the influence of alcohol is strongly discouraged. The safety of our guests is paramount, and any reckless behavior related to alcohol consumption will be addressed seriously.

17. Restaurant Bar

The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM every day. The bar hours are from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may vary according to season and demand. Guests are requested to dress appropriately and respectfully for the restaurant bar environment. Smoking is prohibited in the restaurant bar and designated dining areas. Alcohol consumption is only allowed for guests over 18 years old and is subject to local laws and hotel policies.

Bringing outside food and drinks into the restaurant bar is prohibited, except for special dietary needs previously authorized by hotel management. The hotel reserves the right of admission and may deny service to individuals who do not comply with established conduct rules. Various payment methods are accepted, including cash, credit, and debit cards. Payment for services consumed at the restaurant bar must be made directly at the time of purchase. Charging restaurant bar expenses to the guest room is not allowed.

18. Parking Usage

Parking is available exclusively for hotel guests and is subject to availability. Only one vehicle per room is allowed. The hotel is not responsible for damages, losses, or theft of vehicles parked on our premises. Parking is subject to availability and may fill up during high-demand periods. The hotel does not always guarantee parking space availability for all guests.

19. Rate Inclusions

Benefits included in our standard room rate for your comfort and enjoyment:

  • Wi-Fi Internet Access: Stay connected during your stay with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel and in your room.

  • Use of Facilities: Enjoy complimentary access to our recreational facilities, which may include a pool, jacuzzi, lounge area, restaurant bar, and palapa, subject to hotel policies and availability.

  • Daily Housekeeping Service: Our housekeeping team will keep your room spotless with daily cleaning service.

  • Free Parking: Take advantage of our free parking for hotel guests throughout your stay

20. Liability:

The hotel is not responsible for losses, theft, or damage to guest property.
